Navigating the Sidebar and Menu

The sidebar is your primary way to move between sections of the ZZMEDIA Dashboard. It's organized into logical groups so you can find what you need fast.

Sidebar Sections

The sidebar is divided into the following groups:

• Home — Your main dashboard with KPIs, charts, and quick links
• Reminders — Manage reminders, agendas, and notifications
• AI Assistant — Chat with the built-in AI for help and content generation
• Workflows & Agents — Automation workflows and AI agent management
• Calendar — Unified calendar view with events from all sources

Clients & Work

• CRM — Client management and pipeline
• Projects — Kanban boards and project tracking
• Leads — Hot prospects and deal pipeline
• Contact List — Contacts, segments, and tags
• Equipment — Studio gear and equipment catalog
• Onboarding SOPs — Client onboarding templates and workflows
• Legal Documents — Contracts and agreements
• Team — Team members and contractors

Finances

• Invoices — Create, send, and track invoices
• Income Entries — Manual income recording
• Expenses — Expense tracking with receipt uploads

Collapsing the Sidebar

Click the collapse button at the top of the sidebar to minimize it. This gives you more screen space while still showing icon-only navigation. On mobile, the sidebar appears as a slide-out drawer.

Quick Tip

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the Command Palette for instant navigation to any page without clicking through the sidebar.
