What does maintenance actually cover?
Depending on the plan: secure hosting, software and plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring, minor content updates, bug fixes, and performance checks. Without that attention even a well-built site gets slower, more outdated, and more vulnerable, and the failure is gradual enough to go unnoticed until it is expensive.
Already have hosting somewhere else?
That is not a problem. We can review your current setup and let you know whether it makes sense to keep it, improve it, or migrate it.
Can I add features to my site later?
Yes. Care plans cover the site you have; new features are priced as one-off additions rather than a bigger monthly fee: a review system or lead generation at $500, an advanced FAQ, API integrations, a booking system, or events and ticketing at $1,000 each, and a brand media pack or full e-commerce store at $1,500.
What happens to my site if I don't pick a plan?
Without a hosting plan, your site goes offline. Hosting, security monitoring, and DNS management all need an active subscription. If we built your site, we recommend at least the Essential plan to keep it live and secure.
How is hosting billed?
Hosting and retainer plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can update your payment method, view invoices, or change plans any time from the billing portal at zzmediastudio.com/billing. There is no long lock-in; a care plan is meant to be worth renewing rather than hard to leave.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing portal, and Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan continues until the end of the current billing cycle. We provide a full site export (files and database) and a 30-day window to move hosting elsewhere. Premium extras like monthly photos stop as soon as you cancel.
What counts as a "content update" on the Growth plan?
A content update is one scoped change to an existing page, like editing copy, swapping an image, or updating business hours. New pages, redesigns, and feature work fall outside the Growth plan and need a separate quote or a Premium subscription.
Do you offer bundled services?
Yes. Many clients combine web, photo, video, social media, and marketing work into one proposal.
Can you work remotely?
Absolutely. Website design, marketing, social media, and automation projects are commonly handled remotely.
Do projects require a contract?
Yes. We use agreements to define scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms so everyone is aligned.
