This is the shape of a month with us: the posts, the captions, and the numbers we report back. The posts below are real work we shot. The counts under them are examples, not a client's results.

Questions
- How many posts do I get each month?
- There is no fixed number. Social is run as a custom retainer, because a restaurant posting daily and a contractor posting twice a week need different things. We agree the volume and the mix on a planning call before anything starts.
- Do I have to be on camera?
- No. Plenty of the accounts we run never feature the owner. The content comes from your product, your space and your team at work, and if you do want to be on camera we make that as painless as possible on shoot day.
- How fast do comments and messages get answered?
- Within 24 hours. Questions that need you, like pricing on an unusual job, get passed to you rather than guessed at.
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- Retainers are planned on a call and scoped to what you actually need, including how long they run. You will know the scope and the length before you commit to anything.
