Logo specifications

Geometry

The HG monogram is a single italic slash form: the H and G share one shear angle, so the mark reads as motion even standing still.

Clearspace

Keep clear space equal to the height of the monogram on all four sides. Nothing crosses it, including photo edges and page gutters.

Minimum size

24px tall for the full lockup on screen, 0.5 inch in print. Below that, switch to the HG monogram.

Color rules

White on ink, black on bone or volt, never flare on ink. One-color black or white when the process only allows one ink.

How it runs

Four phases

Six weeks from first session to files in your hands. Pick a phase to see what happens in it.

We learn the business before we draw anything.

Packages

Fixed scope, fixed price. Payment split in two.

Three tiers, from a refresh of the mark you already have to a full system with naming and sub-brands. Scope and price are quoted per brand after the first call, so you are not buying a column off a chart.

Questions

What do I actually receive at the end?
Your logo suite, color palette, type system and brand guidelines, plus the source files. Everything is delivered in your ZZMEDIA client portal, so your team can pull what they need without emailing us for it.
I only have a low-quality logo file. Can you fix it?
Yes. Logo vectorization is a $500 add-on that rebuilds your existing mark as a clean vector so it holds up at any size, from a favicon to a building sign.
Can you shoot photography to match the new brand?
Yes. The brand media pack is $1,500 and covers professional photo and video shot against the new identity, so your launch is not using old images.
Do we have to rebrand everything at once?
No. A refresh keeps what already has recognition and changes what is holding you back, and the rollout is sequenced so the most visible touchpoints move first.
How long does a brand identity take?
Seven to fourteen days, whether it is a full identity or a refresh. The clock starts once we have your discovery answers and any existing files, and you see work in progress along the way rather than waiting until the end for a reveal.
Who owns the files and the brand assets?
You do. Every source file, logo format and brand asset belongs to you, and all of it is delivered in your client portal so your team and any other vendor you work with can pull what they need without going through us.
