The single most useful thing you can tell us is how the images will be used. Website photos, social content, headshots, product shots, events, and real estate all pull a session in different directions.
Bring what the shoot needs
Outfit options, products or props, brand materials, and a shot list or inspiration images if you have them.
Prep the space
If we are shooting at your business or venue, tidy the areas being photographed, stage key items, and let staff know when we arrive.
Plan the wardrobe
Solid colors usually photograph best. Bring two or three options, keep patterns simple, and make sure everything fits and is wrinkle-free.
On the day
Eat and hydrate beforehand, arrive a few minutes early if you are coming to us, and do not worry about posing. We direct that.
Should I book online or contact you first?
Booking online works for straightforward sessions with a known scope. If your project needs scoping first, start on the contact page and we will shape it with you before anything is scheduled.
What do you handle, and what do I bring?
Creative direction, lighting, camera work, and editing are ours. Your job is to show up with the material we agreed and be open to direction on the day.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking windows vary by service. Photography and videography usually need advance scheduling, so the earlier you reach out the more of the calendar is open to you.
What if I need to reschedule?
Let us know as early as possible so we can adjust the calendar. Rescheduling policies may vary depending on the project type.
Where do you shoot, and do you travel?
We are based in Lafayette and shoot across Acadiana, including Youngsville, Broussard, Scott, and Carencro. We also travel throughout Louisiana and beyond; travel fees may apply depending on the location and scope.
How do payments work?
ZZMEDIA accepts payments via Stripe. For project work, a deposit is typically required upfront with the balance due on completion. Hosting and retainer plans are billed monthly.
Can I request rush delivery?
In many cases, yes. Rush work depends on schedule availability and may require an additional fee.
