What to Expect on Shoot Day

If this is your first professional shoot, it is completely normal to wonder how the session will actually go. Here is what to expect when ZZMEDIA arrives.

Arrival and Setup

We arrive with enough time to prepare gear, check lighting, and get the space ready. If we are on location, we may walk the space first to choose the strongest angles and backgrounds.

Guided Direction

You do not need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands. We guide you through:

• Positioning and posture
• Movement and expressions
• Group arrangements when multiple people are involved
• Product placement or scene setup

How the Session Usually Flows

1. We start with a few easy shots to get comfortable
2. We move into the main setups we planned
3. We capture variety so you have multiple options to choose from
4. We finish with any detail shots, alternates, or final requests

Timing

Session length depends on scope, number of setups, and location changes. We will already have outlined the expected coverage in your package or proposal.

During the Shoot

You can expect us to keep things professional, efficient, and collaborative. We may make small adjustments as we go to improve lighting, composition, or energy.

After the Shoot

Once the session is complete, we move into culling, editing, and delivery. You will receive your final images within the turnaround discussed for your project.
