Stage 4: Agreement and Deposit

Once approved, we send a formal agreement. A deposit secures your start date.

Stage 5: Onboarding

We gather everything needed to move efficiently:

• Existing content or access to create it
• Account access when needed
• A main point of contact for approvals

Stage 6: Production

Depending on the service, production may include planning, shoot days, design rounds, development, campaign setup, or automation builds.

Stage 7: Review and Revisions

You review deliverables and provide feedback. We work through the included revision rounds outlined in your proposal.

Stage 8: Delivery or Launch

Final files are delivered, websites go live, campaigns launch, or systems are handed off with training if needed.
