Post-Production Process

1. Footage review & selects — We review all footage and select the best takes
2. Rough cut — First assembly of the edit for your review
3. Revisions — We incorporate your feedback (revision rounds depend on package)
4. Color grading — Professional color correction for a cinematic look
5. Audio mixing — Clean dialogue, balanced music, and sound design
6. Graphics & titles — Lower thirds, text overlays, logos, and animations
7. Final export — Rendered in the formats you need

Delivery Formats

We deliver files optimized for your intended use:

• Web / social — MP4 (H.264), sized for each platform
• Broadcast / high-res — ProRes or 4K MP4
• Ad platforms — Specs for Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.

Revisions

Revision rounds are defined in your project scope:

• Most packages include 2 rounds of revisions
• Additional rounds can be added at an hourly rate
• We encourage consolidated feedback to keep the process efficient

Usage & Licensing

All video packages include a commercial usage license. You may use the final deliverables for:

• Websites and landing pages
• Social media posts and ads
• Email marketing
• Presentations and trade shows
• Broadcast (if specified in your package)

Raw footage is available upon request for an additional fee. We retain the right to use clips in our portfolio and demo reel unless otherwise agreed.
