How We Price Work

We offer:

• Fixed-price packages for clearly defined services
• Monthly retainers for ongoing support or marketing work
• Custom proposals for larger or more complex projects

Typical Payment Structure

Project Work

• A deposit is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due according to the project agreement
• Larger projects may use milestone payments

Monthly Services

• Recurring services are billed monthly
• Hosting, maintenance, and retainers renew automatically unless otherwise stated in your agreement

Payment Methods

We typically accept:

• Credit or debit card
• ACH bank transfer
• Zelle

Invoices

Invoices are delivered digitally and include payment instructions, due dates, and any relevant project notes.

Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a project changes direction, we will communicate clearly about what has been completed and what options are available.
