Data Privacy and Security FAQ

When you work with an agency you hand over accounts, files, and business information. Here is how ZZMEDIA treats all of it.

What information do you collect from me?

Only what is needed to do the work you hired us for. That usually means:

• Business contact details and a primary point of contact
• Brand assets such as logos, fonts, colors, and photography
• Copy, product information, and any content you want published
• Access to the accounts we are managing on your behalf

We do not ask for information a project does not require.

How is my information protected?

Everything we hold for you is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Files and account details are limited to the people actually working on your project, and access is removed when someone is no longer on it.

How do you handle access to my accounts?

Whenever a platform supports it, we ask to be added as a user on your account rather than taking your password. That way:

• Your account stays in your name and under your control
• We only get the permissions the work requires
• You can revoke our access at any time without changing your own login

If a platform has no way to add a separate user, we will tell you and agree on the safest approach together.

Who owns the work and the accounts?

You do. Your domain, your hosting account, your ad accounts, your social profiles, and the final deliverables covered by your agreement all belong to your business. If you ever leave, they stay with you.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments run through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. ZZMEDIA never sees or stores your full card number or bank credentials.

Do you share my information with anyone?

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. The only sharing that happens is with the platforms your project runs on, such as your website host, ad platforms, or email provider, and only to deliver the service you asked for.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. If your project involves unreleased products, private financials, or anything else sensitive, send us your NDA or ask us for ours before we start.

What happens to my files when the project ends?

We keep your final deliverables and project files available for a reasonable period after delivery so you can request them again. If you want your files removed from our systems, ask and we will handle it.

Do you follow email marketing rules?

Yes. Any email work we run for you follows CAN-SPAM requirements: honest subject lines, a clear unsubscribe link, a physical business address, and opt-out requests honored promptly.
