Content Creation Process and Approval Workflow

We believe in collaboration. Here's how content goes from idea to published post.

Step 1: Strategy Session

At the start of each month (or engagement), we align on:

  • Key themes and campaigns
  • Promotions, events, or launches to highlight
  • Tone and messaging priorities
  • Any content you want us to incorporate (photos, announcements, etc.)

Step 2: Content Calendar

We build a monthly content calendar with:

  • Planned posts with captions and visuals
  • Hashtag sets for each post
  • Scheduled dates and times
  • Platform assignments (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

The calendar is shared with you for review before anything is finalized.

Step 3: Your Review

You review the content calendar and provide feedback:

  • Approve posts as-is
  • Request edits to copy, visuals, or scheduling
  • Flag any posts to remove or add

We ask for feedback within 3 business days to keep the schedule on track.

Step 4: Publishing

Once approved, we schedule and publish all content. We handle:

  • Optimal posting times based on your audience data
  • Platform-specific formatting (aspect ratios, character limits, etc.)
  • Hashtag and mention tagging
  • Story scheduling

Step 5: Engagement & Monitoring

After posting, we monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages per your guidelines.

Communication

We stay in touch throughout the month via your preferred channel (email, Slack, or text). You'll never be out of the loop on what's being posted.
