Photo Delivery, Turnaround Times, and Licensing

Here's what to expect after your shoot wraps.

Delivery Format

All photos are delivered digitally through a private online gallery. You'll receive:

• High-resolution files (full-size JPEGs or TIFFs)
• Web-optimized versions for social media and websites
• Download link to save everything to your device

Need photos faster? Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Just let us know when booking.

Editing & Retouching

Every delivered photo includes:

• Professional color correction and grading
• Exposure and white balance adjustments
• Light retouching (blemish removal, skin smoothing)

Advanced retouching (compositing, background replacement, heavy editing) is available as an add-on.

Licensing & Usage Rights

All ZZMEDIA photography packages include a commercial usage license. This means you can use your photos for:

• Website and social media
• Advertising and marketing materials
• Print materials (brochures, business cards, signage)
• Press and media

We retain the right to use select images in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Requesting Additional Edits

If you need specific crops, additional retouching, or alternate edits, let us know within 14 days of delivery. Minor tweaks are typically included; larger requests may be quoted separately.
